WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday from our warehouse in Grapevine, Texas. We will do our best to ship your order in the most economical method.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Need RaveAid before that next festival? We offer Expedited (1-4 business days) and Priority (2 Business Days) If you need faster shipping. Please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we frequently ship internationally. Please be aware that the shipping delivery times for international orders may vary from 7 to 30 business days depending on the country for the most economical option. If you would like to use a different shipping company, please contact us. All international customs duties and taxes are to be paid by the buyer, RaveAid.com will not be responsible for additional charges that apply to the importation of products. Any packages that are returned we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost + 10% restocking fee.

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES?
We are primarily an online retailer. We are slowly getting into stores, but chances are you won't be able to find us locally. At the moment you can find us at the iHeartRaves stores in West Covina, CA and Denver, CO.
IS RAVEAID SAFE?
Absolutely! CAN I TAKE RAVEAID WITH MEDICATION?
Please consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you have a medical condition or are taking prescription antidepressant medications, specifically MAO inhibitors or SSRI’s.
IS RAVEAID FDA APPROVED?
Dietary supplements are not reviewed and approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). RaveAid is an over the counter vitamin and dietary supplement and does not require FDA approval, but the ingredients are all tested, manufactured, and packaged in FDA registered facilities.
As a dietary supplement, RaveAid’s package labeling, ingredients, and manufacturing quality are regulated by the FDA pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE RAVEAID FOR A 3 DAY MUSIC FESTIVAL?
RaveAid should NOT taken on the SAME DAY of an event – it should be taken AFTER the event, right before going to sleep.
Here is what we recommend as a complete regiment for a 3 day festival
- Wednesday – 1 serving
- Thursday – 1 serving
- Friday – 1 serving after the event (right before going to sleep)
- Saturday – 1 serving after the event (right before going to sleep)
- Sunday – 1 serving after the event (right before going to sleep)
- Monday – 1 serving
- Tuesday – 1 serving (optional, if needed)
